How do I earn points?

You earn points every time you play slots, electronic table games and traditional table games.

To earn points on live table games, hand your Lucky North® Rewards card to a Two Kings team member before playing. Always use your Lucky North® Rewards card to ensure your play is properly credited to your account to receive the benefits for your play!

Do you have a list of your slot machines?

With over 1,130 slot machines that change frequently, we do not maintain a current list of our machines. For help locating your favorite machine, press the service button or ask any Catawba Two Kings Team member for assistance.

Do you offer Electronic Table Games?

Yes, we offer 34 electronic table games.

Do you offer Video Poker?

Yes, we offer 34 video poker games, including Pot O' Gold.

Do you offer Live Table Games?

Yes, currently we offer Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat and Ultimate Texas Hold'Em®.

Is there a High Limit Room?

Yes, our high Limit room is across from the Lucky North® Rewards desk and features over 100 high-limit machines.

Where can I access my Win/Loss statement?
  • In person: Fill out a Win Loss/W2G request form at the players club.
  • By phone: Call and verify your personal information. Your statement will be prepared for pickup or mailed to the address on file upon request. Patrons can call in, verify Driver’s License number, and have a Win Loss/W2G either prepared for pickup or mailed out to the address on file.
  • Online: Visit the Catawba Two Kings Casino Lucky North® Rewards Account Portal – Win/Loss. Enter your player ID# and Pin#. The Win Loss statement will be emailed to the address on file.

    Note: Pin changes must be made in person.

Is smoking permitted?

Catawba Two Kings Casino is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas located 20 feet outside the building at one of the two designated smoking areas.

What are valid forms of ID that can be accepted?

You must be 21 or older to enter. Accepted IDs include:

  • Driver's License
  • State ID Card (With Photo)
  • Military ID
  • Passport
  • Foreign Passports
  • Consulate Cards
What are your tier levels?

Our tier levels are based on a year-long earning period from January 1 to December 31.

  • Ruby: (0–749 pts)
  • Emerald: (750–7,499 pts)
  • Sapphire: (7500–29,999 pts)
  • Diamond: (30,000–74,999 pts)
  • Black Diamond: (75,000+ pts)
How do I contact a Host?

To qualify for host services and comped stays, players typically meet one of more of the following criteria:

  • History of high-level table or slot play
  • Black Diamond tier status – other tiers may be eligible upon review

Once assigned, your host will reach out to provide benefits which may include the following:

  • Custom offers and promotions
  • Complimentary hotel stays
  • Event invitations (concerts, comedy shows, football/basketball games)
  • Exclusive offers
  • Comped food and non-alcoholic beverages

Can I self-exclude?

Self-Exclusion requests can be made:

  • On Property: Please see any team member for assistance.
  • By Mail: Contact our Security department by phone: 704-750-7755.
How do I appeal to my self-exclusion?
  • One–Year Exclusion: Appeals must be submitted within the first 6 months of your exclusion.
  • Lifetime Exclusions: Appeals can only be submitted after 5 years.

Do you offer Sports Betting?

Yes, we have 18 kiosks in the Sportsbook room and 8 kiosks on the gaming floor. Our Sports Betting Kiosks are open 24/7 and accept:

  • Cash
  • Sportsbook cash vouchers
  • Winning sportsbook wagers (up to $500)

Note: Mobile sports betting is not currently available. Sports wagers and redemptions may also be placed at the cashier’s cage between 10AM–1AM.

Is there food on site?

Yes, we have two food options.

Do you have a bar?

Catawba Two Kings Casino does not currently have a stand-alone bar option. However, alcohol service is available while gaming and select options are served at both of our food venues.

Note: Alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with the North Carolina ABC Alcohol laws.

How do I file a dispute?

If you have a concern or disagreement involving a wager or gaming transaction that was not resolved while you were on-site, you may file a dispute by speaking with any Catawba Two Kings team member and request a Patron Dispute Form.

We encourage patrons to report disputes as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the incident to ensure all relevant details and evidence can be properly documented.
